AAM Monday: Project Life 2017 Week 1

It feels good to have another year started. Ok, just one week done so far but that's how it is. One week at a time.  I was going to do week 2 yesterday but instead I had half a day in pajamas and caught up on a week's newspapers. It's all good!

Below is one image that didn't make it onto the pages but tickled me a lot. I waited quite a while for this to update and show the daily weather but I just had to close it and add Annapolis again. That black cloud was ominous!

AAM Monday: Project Life Week 33

It was one of those quiet weeks, so there is only one page. I do have an idea of a matching page I will do of my granddaughters (mainly) at the beach the same week. It's just no done now.  We'll see how that goes.

Week 34 - That was filled with Week in the Life which is not done though I was diligent about jotting notes in a passport sized book every day. I have work to do on that and may just transcribe the journaling while on my vacation. That will give me some computer time that does not require a net connection.  I'm open to what happens with this.

So...week 33 (I am giving myself some Jin Shin Jyutsu in the selfie. It's not one of those OMG let it end moments. Just in case you thought I was thinking that!)

I must say, I really liked getting back to some red again. I'd been on a green kick for a while - must have been the overabundance of rampant green growth in most everyone's yard round here. Plants grew but with lower temperatures we got lots of leaves, but little else. Oh well, CA would be glad to see it.  I am also loving that freebie instagram card from Cathy Zielske. I fell for the Collect app some time ago but those sized cards were a little off for these templates so when Cathy made this one, it was a godsend. Here it is.   Get it!

AAM Monday: Project Life Week 17

Skipping week 16 since so much of that is the Boston trip. Not sure if I'll just do a 'home' days to wrap up Boston or not. Remember, no rules!

Week 17 included the birthday lunch for my dh. It was a bit of a comedy of errors but good food all in all and a nice treat from his daughter.

AAM Starting Boston

Somehow last week was full of activity for which I have little to show. However, I do have one page for my Boston trip done. That's a start at least. I hope to get the pages for that trip well under way this week so wish me luck or even better some productivity energy. I suspect I had a dose of spring fever as well as a good dusting of pollen.  Once again, Zyrtec is my friend.

Ok, gotta go make more Boston pages!

AAM Monday: Project Life Week 33 & 34

Week 33 was an easy going week. I hope to have more of those! It was also a week of mild and dry weather that we don't often get in a Maryland summer.

I'm really enjoying doing the 2nd page as a non-quite PL page. It might be a feeling that seemed to permeate the week or just an event that seemed worthy of a page on its own.

Week 34 seemed to start the roll of doctors' appointments for both me and my son who fell off a ladder. Mine were just the eye doctor while his was the emergency room.

My husband and granddaughter came home from their Alaska fishing trip. Both had a great time and the fish followed shortly afterwards.

While we had planned to go out to dinner with son and family and hear all the memories of the trip that was not to be after the serious accident he had. But Dick and I did have a great TexMex meal in Del Ray VA.  Oh that Tres Leches....

AAM Monday PL wk 25

No not week 25 yet. This is week 28 for me and that means my exercise classes start again. This semester I am taking water aerobics and pilates and yoga.  All low impact and hopefully classes that will benefit my knee. I believe the water aerobics will give me enough cardio to make my heart happy too.  I recall having a water class while we were on vacation and trying to run in the pool is both hard and really really funny as I and my classmates couldn't stop laughing as we tried to run and just never got anywhere. Laughter is good medicine on its own. Monday is water aerobics so today, I hope, is a good laugh day too.

Now week 25. Amazing how long ago that seems....
