Wordless Wednesday: Naw, This Won't Work

Ok, there are words today. Love this sink, love the whole bit but ...imho as a person who has renovated her house. I say this ain't gonna work. Well, it works for one person but why have two faucets? Cute yes, used by two people ...naw. Look at those walls and now try to visualize two people of any size there washing their hands. And I suspect the owners agree because there's one towel.

So maybe, they just loved the sink and didn't care about it being for two people. But I can also see that little person who used the stool turn on BOTH faucets...just cause!

First of all, ignore the paint samples...

*I get dh a new (to us) pine bathroom cabinet.

*We agree on the placement.

*He asks if I mind if he drills a hole in the cabinet for a cord to connect electric shaver and toothbrush. I agree.



This is NOT how I expected it to look...decidedly not dark brown, and he thinks I'm the extreme critical fussbudget. Somehow I am having flashbacks to our renovation days....
Perhaps in the future, the outlet can be moved to be INSIDE the cabinet, something we did in the downstairs bath. The engineer looks for functional; the wife looks for functional AND good looking. Sigh....
