Tuesday Tutorial - Super Dotted Lines
I just saw this one and thought I'd share it with you. It's a video about making perfectly aligned dotted line borders in PSE. WooHoo. Just reminding me how to make dotted lines was almost enough but you can be sure I'm going to test out that border making also. The whole tutorial is over on One Little Bird's blog.
