For a long time, I've been thinking of food, cooking food, and and more recently photographing food. Today I finally took the plunge with a blog. My mental switch came when I read of a current film about Edward Espe Brown's life and I had my Aha! moment. With thanks to EEB and the 1960ish seed he planted in my psyche to finally view cooking as my path, I blog forward. I also send many thanks to my partner in life and in the kitchen.
